If your dog is drinking and throwing up after drinking, there could be a lot wrong internally.

Unfortunately, you're going to have to go to the vet. Its not a good thing when dogs drink and throw up...

Call the vet and work out a bargaining thing. Maybe you can do some paperwork for him or some office clean-up or some phone calling.

Call an animal shelter in your area. They often have special certificates for free or very low-cost vet visits.

Your dog needs to be seen by a vet!
