Hi everyone...
I have adequate experience of both commercial and domestic cleaning. I worked for
Agencies and now I'm planning to do it at my own, and I'm very interested too. I have all
Most everything that I need, how ever m still unable to make new clients and contracts too.
Now m very much stressed and disappointed,. I tried to advert on local papers and used
Some leaflets but no good results. Also I ve no idea about going into bidding for contrasts.
I wld apriciate any suggestion and guidelines..
Thanks..

Getting business and doing a good job is everything rigStarter.

The best way to get new business in my opinion is personal contact although there are many other ways also. Dress up for the part, go visit all the businesses and homes in your business area. Talk to them, ask them to bid on their building/s and homes. The more people you see the better.

Also talk to everyone... everyone. Let them know what you are doing. They may also know of a business that is bidding their work out. Give the person that told you a finder's fee if you get the contract, say 10% of the first months' billing.

Go on line and Google "Cleaning contracts", "Janitorial contracts", etc there are plenty of examples for you to peruse. You can also go to the "Search" bar on this site AMHD and search for the same items.
