I don't know what you are asking. Are you "hosting" and inviting people to your sister's wedding? Are you asking about the wedding invitation?

(Your parent's names; Mr & Mrs)
Request the honor of your presence
At the marriage of their daughter
(Sister's name)
To
(Groom's name)
Son of
(Groom's parent's names; Mr & Mrs)
(Day, date all spelled out, not numbers)
At (time all spelled out, not numbers)
(Place of reception, or church)
(Address)

If you are inviting people to the ceremony first, then state that in the invitation. Then:

After the ceremony, please join us
In celebrating the new husband and wife
In a gala reception to begin
(time of reception)
(name and address of reception)

Usually the Bride and groom send the same Invitaton to everyone that they intend Inviting. You submit your list to them and they incorporate it. This is more cost effective then having different invitations.
