Hi! I'm a student in class 11th ,from india and I have the same problem of being shy with everyone
I don't get a topic to talk to with.. I'm too shy and 'afraid' in front of girls
I want to become a talkitive and interesting person so that I can at least converse well and with fun with a girl whom I like a lot
She is very talkitive and interesting to talk with but the things get just opposite with me :(
Please tell me a way out of not being shy and expressing myself in an interesting way in front of anyone I talk
Thank you :)

The only way to break the shy boundary is to actually go and TALK. The first time you do so will be the most nerve racking but you will feel great that you've taken that first step.

Talk to this girl, see if you've anything in common, and get to know her from there.

Hey dani tnx for your reply but the problem is she is not in my city.. I have her mobile number and she is in my old school in which I had studied for years.. I have told her my feelings over messaging.. and just now we are just friends.. but sometimes when I talk over phone I find myself in hot soup because I don't get any topic to talk.. so what to do in this case.. should I enquire her about her likings and interests so that I may have a new topic?

Well that is a bit more difficult.

If you go out and meet more people in your area, it'll increase your self-esteem and lower your fear of talking to people. This way, you'll find it easier to talk to this one in particular.

You're welcome. If you're happy with advice you get off anyone on this site, help them out by giving them a green thumbs up.

What help would you like? I can only offer my advice. With regards to meeting people, relate it to a hobby you have. Go to a painting class, gym etc. For example if it were me, I would join a Zumba class. There would be other people there alone, and I can easily interact with people.
