Been told I would need a wife router as well to connect up, now we are not computer minded .so can you help please.what do we need to use both computers.waiting your help thank you.

I'm not sure if what you have is actually a router. A router is used to share an internet connection between multiple computers. If this only has one port, it can't do that. I suspect this is really a broadband modem that coverts your DSL connection to Ethernet.

I tried checking the specs for the device and its all in Spanish, so I can't be sure.

If the device does perform routing functions, then you want to get a WiFi Access Point. If it doesn't then you can get a WiFi router. Electronics stores in your area should be able to tell you exactly what you need.

Yes Bob ,I had the same problem before and here is the way I solved it.

You have a broadband router which allows only one connection per computer.
You can add more than one computer in following way.

Get a wireless router and let the output of the Broadband router be connected to Wireless routers input.
Once it is configured then Wireless router will connect to Internet via Broadband router and will send wireless internet signals till 10 meters radious. Hence all wireless devices including PC's, Laptops or even mobile phones can have WI-FI access.
You have to make sure to make this connection secure by adding password.
This way you can connect many wireless devices using one broadband connection .
Pl.visit the store and consult salespeople and the websites of wireless broadbad routers.
Although it may seem difficult it is fairly simple.
Hope this helps.
