They were never married and has not on my birth certificate and no dna test was ever taken.I'm 19 now and I located him.can I sue for back child support?Can I sue for abandonment?What about pain and suffering?he's making it hard to get a hold of him.he won't give me the time of day.won't talk to me denies me as his daughter and I can't even find where he lives to try for a dna test.I just wanted to know my dad but since he's such a puke I'm going to sue him as much as I can

Nothing to sue for. You can't sue for child support. It was up to your mom to go after him for child support. If she didn't then you cant.

He does not owe you a penny, he would have owed your mom child support if she had filed for support while you were a minor. If she did not file, there is nothing she can do now.

He does not have to talk to you, there is no law or requirement. As an adult you have no right to any DNA test and he has a right to deny you as his child.

If you mom ever asked for and got a child support order that was not paid, she ( not you) can take him back to court for non payment.

He in fact if you keep this up, could get a restraining order to keep you away
