Please help me find a movie it has a talking dragon in it its animated and an older movie and a little boy goes and talks with it the dragon drinks tea and cooks that all I can remember

Is it "Pete's Dragon" ? Made by diseny in 1977.

No I have petes dragon this dragon talks with the boy I think they live in a small town its suppose to be mean but the boy finds out its not the dragon sort of sounds like a girl
