So my friend was under the influence and decided to drive my car without a license or my consent, she did a turn and ended up hitting me, my friend and another car. We went to the hospital and my car was totaled; its been a day what can I do to press charges? The bad thing is I have no incident report or anything

If it's only been a day you should still be able to do a great deal. For starters I would suggest contacting the police and if they've already written up a report you would need to ask to add a statement. Don't forget to be as specific as you can. I would be surprised if there was no report on the incident, if the police were there, there likely is.

This is not accurate, at least in my State and the States where I investigate accidents (either in person or by telephone).
The Police don't allow people to add statements. They make their report. That's it.
There are plenty of calls with (or without) incident reports or line/book entries - no report.

If you are asking about filing criminal charges you go to the Police and file a report - IF no report was filed. You don't press criminal charges. The Police do.
