Hi I was told you could get half of the biddibg price, if your bid is accepted is this true? And what is this called if so. To better explain if needed I am asked to bid on a property which consists of common area keeping. So my question is if the property excepts my this bid, am I eligible for up front money and what would that be called? And how would this be worded in a conversation

It's hard to follow your question. Are you bidding to provide a service of cleaning an area, and you want to know if you can get 1/2 of your price paid up front? If so - you are asking about a down payment. The terms for a down payment should be defined either in your bid proposal or in the request-for-quote that the client originally issued.

Not all clients will do this, possibly a third of them will if you are lucky.
We put in our contract under "Invoicing":
"Due at the beginning of each month payable on the 15th of the same month."
When we start a job the invoice for the month goes out.
