How to I go about getting my daughter father to sign his parental right over. I have sole custody and he is not on my daughters birth cert. and my new husband wants to adopt her??

You have to ask him or have him served with papers. He can say no and that is his option as a father. But if he says no, make sure he continues to pay child support.
