My Honda Civic won't start; no power coming to fuel pump; we checked all fuses and relays; all ok; please help.

. Check all under dash and under hood fuses with a test light or multimeter. Visual inspection is not good enough--be very thorough. Particularly, focus on the ACG(ALT)(S) fuse in the under dash fuse box.

. Check for codes.

. Clean the main ECM ground, located on the thermostat housing.

. Perform K-Test on the ECM.

Check you main relay it powers your fuel pump
