Is it okay if others use my 501c3 to rescue dogs . Does it matter how many dogs are rescued under my paperwork

I would think there are a lot of legal things attached to that. At tax time, you have to be accountable to everything used under your 501c3.

I wouldn't do it until the dogs are going to be your dogs in your rescue.

Can I assume you have a non profit dog rescue ?

Who is going to be working under your croporation?

They will have to be under your ( OK not YOURS but your board of directors control) and your corporation will be liable for them following all rules, and all funds will have to go though your group
