My pro 17 is loose at the bottom and moves it was frozen, the reset button dose not stay engaged. I tried disenageing the ring inside maybe that will work do you think?

Are you saying you messed with the locking ring and now the entire unit is loos? Is it still frozen" n Can you explain with more details? Back to you, Tom
