The DTC will not clear on it's own. Sometimes it will take many, many start-ups to clear the code without a proper scan tool.
You could also have a faulty PCM.

Replace the DPFE (Differential Pressure Feedback EGR) Sensor. I recommend that you go with a BWD sensor, with a Lifetime Warranty, from Advance Auto Parts. It’s also called an EGR Pressure Feedback Sensor. Afterwards, use a code reader to reset the PCM.

I see many reports of problems with aftermarket DPFE sensors. Ford has updated their sensor (yet again), so I'd go with a Ford sensor.

Aluminum intake manifold EGR passages tend to clog more than on composite manifolds. Thoroughly clean these passages, if the problem persists. It tends not to be a problem on composite UIMs--replacing the DPFE Sensor is usually enough.
DPFE Sensors usually fail, due to the rubber seal, going to each tube inside the sensor, deteriorating and leaking over time. It's not long, then, until moisture interferes with the PCB and causes it to fail. I've never had a problem with BWD DPFE Sensors failing on Fords. Over the years, I've come to prefer BWD electrical components, due to form, fit, function, and fix. Their products are half the price of OEM, come with a lifetime warranty, and frequently incorporate engineering improvements I like. To me, they represent good value.
