No... the accused male has the legal right to know if they are or aren't the real father.
Too many women have lied or really didn't know, and at times couldn't know who the actual father is.
DNA tests are as close to infallible truth as we can currently get.

They always have the right to say no, esp if there is no court order that is ordering them to do so.
Even then of course they can still say no and face the action of the court as it would so order for the test.
I did not see where the OP has filed in court to order such a test.

Exactly. The OP has not said much of anything about the facts and circumstances having to do with his or her question. Until this is done, we really cannot answer this question.
