A couple of months ago in May or June, my furnace started turning its self off then turning back on (when turning on the draft blower motor would make a loud noise). We had a HVAC family friend and inspect. He said to disconnect the draft blower and worry about it when it gets cold again (its now cold). Well today I went out and replaced the draft motor blower assembly with a OEM motor assembly. Well once heater started (all flames were blue)it rose the temp. Of the house to the correct temp. After the burners turned off, followed by the blower, it started doing the samething again, except with no noise (new draft blower assembly). It only does this once the thermostat turns the furnace off. Ie as long as the thermostat thinks the house is to cold there is no problems. Though when I just went down to turn the furnace off at the breaker box, it did smell weird almost like a burning smell, not like gas in anyway.

My furnace is says:

Tempstar
High Efficiency SP80
(on front of furnace)

On sticker inside:

Innercity Products
Model# NUG5100BFB2

We replaced the old thermostat in April or May I think.

Honeywell Thermostat
Model # RTH6350D1000

Sorry for the gaps, it was when I was remodeled the house.
