Here is all the info you need in order to evict. It's a four step process in Texas. The forms are available at the bottom of the page: Texas Eviction (http://www.evictionresources.com/eviction_process_articles/texas_eviction_process.html)

Good advice but has your husband jumped on board with this approach? Are you listed on the deed to this home, if not you personally can't evict the bio-son.

If this person receives mail at your home, you must go through the normal eviction process. Contact your local court for forms. Usually, you have to give a 30 day written notice and then proceed with service (sheriff brings notice - around $45.00) of paperwork you have filed with court ($70.00 or more)

This is a legal forum - we take great pride in our correct answers.

Did you read what I posted, which is exact law as it exists in Texas?

Your information is, at best, "iffy."

Please post the site where you got your information.

An eviction notice is issued by a court. What you need is a notice to vacate or termination of tenancy.

But Ballenger has a good point, to termination tenancy, the owners of the property have to agree to this.
