I have an oval-shaped face and presently medium length hair. Texture- wavy, frizzy and rough. I had a severe hair fall and now my hair is very scanty. I need to get a hair cut which can make my hair look like it has volume.
Help please!

Isle Esme,
Welcome to this beautiful site, first! Even as for an oval face, the appropriate haircut is every-cut.
The reason - The oval is the most versatile face shape, however, some oval faces can be long as well. Actually, you can wear almost any hairstyle. No matter the length of your cut, you'll look best with layers near your cheekbones, lips or chin; basically whatever feature you want to highlight.
But, now when your hair is scanty, you need to perm it, get it on the face or around as much as you can. Blow it over, and that's it. Moreover, to add volume there are simple tricks and great products available. Firstly, when your hair is wet apply a volumizer to the roots only. I also like to add a lightweight foam to help control hair while I style without weighing it down. Flip hair upside down and dry until it is barely damp to the touch. When styling your hair with a brush, overdirect where you want the volume to be, the same goes for hot tools (flatirons, curling irons, etc.). The biggest tip I can say here is always make sure you cool the hair of before letting it fall off the brush. Hair is pliable while it hot and sets while it cools so if you heat up your roots and them hold them up while they cool, you'll get a bend where you want the volume to be.
