I received a gift of a BT Voyager 2500 wireless router but my broadband is with Tiscali. It appears that the Voyager is locked with BT and cannot be configured to run with any other Internet Service Provider.

I have a little bit of experience with wireless routers but I can make no sense of this one at all.

I saw a similar question asked in November but could not see a response or solution.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

I have just bought a second hand BT Voyager 2500. I have managed to unlock it by loading different firmware available from BT. Use the following link and save the file to your PC. You can then update the firmware from the router.
