My furnace runs but the auto pilot does not turn on whatsoever? I changed the batteries in my thermostat. I tried switching from heating back to cooling. Air conditioner works fined. I cut power at circuit breaker to furnace waited for 2 minutes and then turned power back on, but I still can't hear the auto pilot making a noise to light the furnace and no I hear no gas flowing to the furnace as well. I have a York Furnace and I replaced the control panel last February. Could this new one have gone bad as well? Any other checks or suggestions that I could do?

Ok, lets take this by the steps... first, please post a model number to the furnace, thank you in advance. Second, your stat calls for heat --> inducer (exhaust) motor kicks on --> and then no spark for a pilot... or is this an ignitor that glows? Of course your model number will tell me that but please clarify a bit more, thank you.
