Fans work and the electronic igniter comes on but the natural gas does not come through to ignite. What might be the problem?

Your not getting 24v to the gas valve. Could be a bad control board. You will need a multi-meter and the ability to use it. Let me know.

Checked at the gas valve while unit cycled a couple of times no volts. Pulled the board and it looks burnt around the middle of the board to wire connection. Board # CES0110057-00

Ok, you will have to replace it. You should be able to do a search and find one to be shipped to you or you can hire someone... glad we could be of assistance.

Found a new board local and rplced it works fine. Thanks for the help.
