Family or Business?
This report gives information about business and how traveling to another country for work affects in many aspects of life.
We asked two British employees about the problems may they have when they work in India and China. The first one, Paul Jeynes who works in Bangalore since last November, told us that there are many rules they've to follow and there are not obligatory in UK and they call them: "Dignity of employment". He also said that everyone do what they have to do and he couldn't make a cup of coffee by himself. The other one, Jay Jarrett who works as an account manager said that in China many of the factory employees live in small rooms and they send most of the money they win working to their families. He also said that they work more hours than in UK which make them being more stressful, and he added that most of China's parents leave their children with their grandparents in order to look after them while they ar working.
The research demonstrates that if you travel regularly to another country for work it will affect your relationship with your family and if you have children they will not spend much time with you because they will think that you prefer working and traveling to another countries instead of playing with them
