If you take the Plan B it might prevent it. If you just start another form of birth control after the fact, no it won't prevent it.

You have really waited too long to even use Plan B, but that is the only real chance.
But yes, you could be pregnant no matter what you do at this point

Where are you in your cycle? When was your last period and when do you expect the next one? That can make a difference as to the likelihood of becoming pregnant or not. Odds are in your favour of not getting pregnant from the one time, but certainly pregnancy can be possible.
If you take Plan b within 72 hours (the sooner the better) you will lessen the odds of becoming pregnant. You didn't mention your age, but you would need to be at least 17 to obtain it on your own. You can go directly to your pharmacist and ask for it.
As was said, regular birth control pills will not have the same effect as the level of hormones are different. You can speak to your doctor about alternative ways of using standard birth control pills in an emergency, but, as with Plan b, it is not meant for regular birth control.
Regardless, you would need to do something as soon as possible to have the best chance of preventing an unplanned pregnancy... and obviously now you know what you need to do differently next time you decide to drink.
