Hi I'm 21 and having irregular periods for the last four months.

I am not on the pill and have not had sex in three months. I have also been on holiday and was fasting.

I got my period 13 days after it was due and then it was normal and then after fasting it was on time but light. Since I have come back from my holiday I am now 8 days late. I also have cramps and sore boobs. I have also done three pregnancy tests and they are negative.

I'm really worried and not quite sure what to do.

What sort of fasting were you doing? In some cases it could effect your cycle. How long were you on holiday? Depending on the situation, that too could have an effect on your cycle.

The cramps and breast tenderness might be that your period is about to start. You may have a had a shift in what will be the normal time for your cycles.

If you were pregnant from three months ago, it would be unlikely for the tests not to pick it up. See what happens for the rest of this month. If your cycle continues to be off after being home for a time, it would be wise to check with your doctor.

Erm basically it was Ramadan so like 30days. Eating before the sun rises and not until the sun sets. I was in Mauritius and Dubai for 3 months.
