Door lock remains on - can't open oven!

The door stays locked some time after finishing the cleaning to cool down.
If it still stays locked, try to unplug the oven and plug it in again.

We flipped the breaker off and it still remained locked. We have not been successful in getting the self clean to work on a couple of attempts, but havenot had this problem. Any other thoughts?
