I have 3 halogen ceiling fixtures working off the same 3 way switches. Two of the fixtures work fine, the third suddenly stopped working. I replaced the bulb still no go. The bulb does not appear to seat properly, loose, won't stay in place if I let go. Does the fixture need to be replaced, or is there a possible fix for this? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!

Are the bulbs pin bases?
