Ok here's my question...

Are the boyfriends supposed to always be the ones to put the first moves on every time they fool around with their girlfriend? Or can it be from both of them? It seems like she always wants me to put the first moves on her but I never know when the right time is or if she wants it. Any help from the ladies or guys would me much appreciated.

If she doesn't want you to, she'll tell you.

You shouldn't have to make the first move all the time, but girls aren't sure if the guy wants them too either. I think it can just be shyness.

Your g/f might not be into that sort of stuff therefore she's not starting because she doesn't want to, or she's not sure you want her to.

Maybe you should talk to her about it, if you're doing these types of things then you should be able to talk quite openly about it.

In ever relationship I ever had, I was the one who made the first move. EVER time... just once I would love her to make the first move. It would be the ultimate turn on. Any women out there that makes the first move, let me know :D lol

HI. Everyone feels differently about hu is to make the first move, and if one feels comfortable wit it then the utha will start responding, if you feel like the other person isn't ready, wait until she gives you the "vibes". It works both ways, so you should both be doing things when your ready.
