I will have to replace 2 suburban gas dynavents on the 3rd floor of a 2 family house.I will want to install a weil-mclean boiler on the first floor. My question is this boiler that is going in large enough to handle the baseboard heating in the small 3 room apt.--hot water has its own heater. The info. On this boiler is--cga-25,gas,input(mbh)52,net=b=r output 38.

Do the current boilers put out enough heat; do you FEEL WARM with these too boilers? If you are Happy with the current boiler then put in the same capacity, or a little larger, get a larger not smaller. But if you FEEL cold then have them do a heat lost calculation to find the min. boiler you would need
