I have new ICM281 (it replaced CESO110057-00). Conditioner worked well, heater failed. The board component test returned status code 34. The repair main told me I have to replace the ignitor and the control board, because he replaced the ignitor with good one, and it did not help. He told me the control board never provided 120V on the ignitor during the test. He checked all the recommendations for the code 34 from the test label http://www.icmcontrols.com/ProdImages/ICM281-fcl.pdf and insists I should replace the board.

If the inducer motor is running and the board is not putting out 120v to the ignitor then the board is bad... or he connected the ignitor wrong... is it a wire harness type or do the white and black wires stay separate all the way to the board?

I have two HVAC systems, the same model. Yesterday I switched the cotrol boards. CESO110057-00 had no problem in the new place. ICM281 gave the new test code - 21. The problem cause is the board.
