Describe an occasion when you have had to be proactive and use your intitive to get the task done and what made it successful

There's no one answer that fits all situations. You have to come up with an answer from your own worklife to show how you overcame a bad situation at one of your workplaces.

I could answer that... but it would be MY answer and not yours. You need to come up with something you have done.

And really... giving a negative to Wondergirl for her answer... that's pathetic. There was nothing wrong with her answer... other than, I suppose, that she didn't tell you exactly how to answer that question. It's not her fault that you can't think of anything you've ever done that would fit that question.
