I noticed it because the temp began to rise in the house. First, I went outside to make sure the outside unit was working and it was. Went in to the attic and pulled the cover off and the coils were cold but the blower was not on. I flipped the breaker off and turned it back on and, voilą. It began blowing again. (After the time delay on the relay of course.) Went about my business and returned home to find that the blower, yet again, was not blowing. Again I flipped the breaker and this time the blower did not come back on. I flipped off the breaker, pulled the wires on the capacitor, discharched and tested. From what I decided the capacitor was bad. I replaced the capacitor, put it back together and... Still not working. My question is, what do I test next? Additionally, any suggestions on how would be much appreciated.

Usually when the capacitor goes bad the blower motor its going bad. Check the motor to see if its grounded. Let me know what you found?
