I am just 19 years old , And my height is 168.2cm so my weight is 72Kg. I need to apply for Cabin Crew So I need to lose &Kg from my weight soon in a week. I prefer Dieting more than experiencing

If you need to lose weight for a specic day, then a useful technique is to cut out all the carbs for a week before the weigh-in. Base you're your diet on oily fish, eggs, fresh meat, chicken and high fiber green veg like spinach, celery, broccoli, green beans etc. No sugar, bread, rice, pasta, potato, root veg, fruit, milk, ready meals, cereals etc.
You will lose a lot of weight quickly. Most of this will be water, but as long as you know this, and don't think you've lost that much fat, it's a handy technique for meeting a specific target.
