Have u tried turning off the unit for a few hours to let it thaw?

Have you checked under it to see if the coils are dirty? If they are you have to wash them out with a spray of water and then vacuum up water. DrTom4444

Thanks to all it end up called Sears replaced the filter/solenoid valev, cost me $353.50 parts $134.50 and labor $219.00 for 45 minutes work, will never ever call Sears again, Thanks.
