Were both in the military station in NY.
I'm a resident of MN and she is resident of OK.
How do we file our state taxes?
Can I file married for MN and List Zero income for her?
And then file married for OK state with no income from me but income from her?

MOST states require you file the same way you file on your federal return, and I THINK Minnesota is one of those states. Oklahoma, on the other hand, lets you file separately (I think). You can access the state tax website for each state to find out for sure. If you cannot find out on your own, email the state tax agency and ASK!

If you file jointly for each state, YOU would claim ONLY your income, and she would claim only HER income for tax purposes. However, you would REPORT your combined income, because the COMBINED income is used to determine your tax rate in each state.
