My 17 yr old's dad told her that she can decide where she lives even though she is not 18 and there is a court order stating she lives with me. He has basically told her that she doesn't have to listen to anything that I say he has told her that there is a temporary order allowing her to stay at his house which there isn't he is also telling her all about court stuff inclding court dates. She did come over to get her contacts which I told her she could only have 1 month supply and she agreed to go to counseling with me. She agreed and then tried to take the rest of the contacts. I had to wrestle them from her which she yelled she was calling the cops. I told her to go ahead. She needs counseling but her dad is feeding all this crap into her. What do I do

All of you need counselling and you need to consult with an Attorney.

On the other hand - how long until she's 18? By the time you get into Court she might be of legal age and decide to live with her father.
