I am looking for a 1930's film where the girl is the daughter of an earl or a duke and she goes to the palace after her mother and sister have left, bringing with her a beautiful dress for her sister, she picks the kings roses, gets in trouble, meets the king, he falls madly in love with her and there is a festival that night where he tries to woo her, her father comes tells his sister in law off because he is sick of her ruling his household.
I forgot to mention the girl gets thrown in jail for a bit because she picked the roses, its either 1930's or 40's, it is also a musical, I have looked ALL over, I am sucker for old movies and would love it if I could find this movie, any help would be appreciated!
