I have a neighbor that bought the place next to us about 4 years ago. He only comes up on weekends or holidays. He always wants to use our stuff, riding lawn mower, my husbands hunting blind. Our water when he shuts his off for the winter months. He uses my driveway for a circle drive. Recently, he burned trash in his yard and it blew into my yard. They were pages out of a porn magazine. I have family that doesn't need to see that. What can I say or do to stop him without making him angry and causing other problems?

You can ask him to secure his trash and/or fire without getting into the porn issue. Tell him that it blew into your yard. As far as borrowing your equipment/things/stuff I would tell him you're sorry but it's your policy NOT to lend equipment/things/stuff to people. I'd say it nicely but firmly.
You can only be taken advantage of if you allow it to happen.
Next time he uses your driveway as a turn around, I'd tell him not to.
We had a neighbor at our summer home who used our driveway - but parked in it when he checked on his house. My husband had enough so when the car pulled in my husband pulled his car into the driveway... and left it there. Neighbor couldn't get out. He had to ask us to move the car, my husband told him that his use of our driveway was a problem for us - and it never happened again.
Your neighbor doesn't know he's being a pest unless you tell him so.
