I'm not sure if the degree can be taken nationally but I am currently enrolled at UMUC (University of Maryland University College) pursing my BS in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. I hope this helps.

There are a lot of accredited online universities (http://www.elearners.com/colleges/) out there that offer psychology degrees. It varies per university who takes international students and who doesn't. If you poke around that website you should find a few that will take international students.
