This movie was between 1992-1996. A young boy moves to a new town with his family and he meets in school a young witch that lives with her grandmother in a cabin near a lake. She always wears black and wears her hair in stylish braids. He teaches her how to throw pebbles in the lake. I loved that movie and can't remember the name. Please help! :)
