I know - this is posted on your other thread. I still don't know what Court, the index number, info that would help locate that specific journal, that specific entry.
Do you know what "moot" means? It means it's over, no need to argue or present testimony any longer, the decision has been made.
I would suggest that the journal entry (whatever that is) says exactly that - a decision has been made and this motion is moot.

OP appears to be looking online, perhaps at a website maintained by the Ohio court. If it is unclear what an entry on that site means, OP should call the clerk of court and ask.

If you can't find the entry online, then you must call the Clerk of Court of the jurisdiction where the entry was made and have them read this to you over the phone in it's entirety. Yes, you can do this as this is their job and the record is public information you are entitled to. You can even request a copy of the order or entry by sending the Clerk the case number, the particular entry you want from the file, a page copying fee and a SASE. Very easy to do. Call them Monday.
