I have an iPod touch and its dead but for some reason it keeps going to the apple icon then it goes back to the battery thing. Usually when it goes to the apple it turns on right after but it's not, how can I fix this?

It means your iPod is dead. You have to charge it. Get a sync cord (I'm not sure its official name) and plug the USB side into your computer and the other into the bottom of your iPod and turn your computer on. And then wait a couple hours and your iPod will be charged. This happens to everyone, no worries.

OK now that's fixed but then now it won't let me download any apps because it says cannot connect to itunes store, but I'm connected to the wifi and it says it has to deal with the date and time settings but I checked and nothing is wrong.

Wait, it won't let you use the app store on your iPod or your computer?
