I have been trying to log in to a popular web site and it keep telling me

This program cannot display the webpage
Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

What you can try:
Check your Internet connection. Try visiting another website to make sure you are connected.

Retype the address.
I keep trying but it still is not working I can log on every were else..
I don't know what else to do.

If you have no problems logging onto any other website and everything else is normal on your end, then the website you are trying to log onto is experiencing problems. There is nothing you can do until they fix it themselves. Chances are, if their system administrator hasn't found the problem yet, he/she will find it shortly and fix it. Try visiting the website again in a few days or toward the end of the work week.

If this is only a specific web site, try deleting the cookies for that site. Sometimes a corrupt cookie can block access.
