So, my husband and I have been married for 2 years now, and we're very happy. We have a good relationship for the most part. Anyway, my husband has a few female friends from before we we're married that I've never met, which is fine with me, I don't have a problem with him having female friends. It's just sometimes I'll see his friends comment on his pictures on Facebook saying they miss him and need to hang out soon and he'll reply with the same thing and I get very jealous. I just need a little more clarity on where boundaries should be. Am I over reacting or do I have reason to be a little irritated?

Although a lot of us feel this way about it sometimes, there really is no problem with having friends of the opposite gender. Don't you have male friends?
As long as you don't act on it, just take your jealousy as proof that your relationship is still fresh, and you still have those young feelings!

Girl that happends to me with my Hubby , but the problem is that went we got married 2 yrs ago I stop talking to my friends , but he didn't. So now I'm going to make some friends to, cause I really don't talk to no one if its not him or family , and its not good I need to have friends too . I really don't think it's that bad to have friends but with all Respect to your partner...

Same so I am trying make sure I have my own interests and friends and he has his interests and his friends. That wayit keeps the relationship fresh and you have more to talk about when you are together.
I am looking to take up classes to make more friends as its not fair to be so dependent on my husband for all my attention needs, venting on work, stress relief - friends do help.
At the end of the day, being married doesn't mean u are one individual. You are two individuals that each have different needs and relying on your partner can add strain you can become naggy and neeedy over time and feel helpless without him. So best that you identify this issue and realise time for you to go and make friends and balance out the equation. :)

Used to be my problem too. My husband is not a womanizer, far from it but he has quite a few female friends and he is sweetness itself with them. In the beginning I was incredibly jealous but after 7 years together I can see that he still has no intention to leave me which proves that it is me that main woman to him! Yes, he chats and sees others but he married ME! And yes, getting male frineds did help me a lot too.

Going through the same thing except all my husbands friends are female.

I think the problem would be if he keeps these female friendships secret. If he is open and willing to talk about them and share them with you, then chances are he has nothing to hide, and you have nothing to worry about.
