It could be that the food is upsetting her stomach. Have you changed the brand at all? Even a change in flavor can upset some dogs, especially puppies.

There is always the chance of an illness so naturally I would recommend you talk to a vet but I would be looking at diet. Perhaps cut out the canned food, or decrease it and replace with soaked dry food.
To soak dry food you just add half the amount or warm (not boiling) water to the amount of dry. So 1 cup of dry needs half a cup of water. Then just leave it for half an hour or so and serve.

"Jellified" BM is mucus, secreted by the intestine in response to some sort of irritation. In my experience, worms are often incriminated, but a jelly like BM is usually no good for doing a fecal test. I would recommend another test, on a better formed, real fecal sample... little to no mucus.

Worming without having a fecal exam first is commonly done by breeders. It may be excused, but new owners should never rely on the success of that worming to be sure a puppy is worm free. Do a fecal exam so you know what you may be fighting. And, if negative, you are then more certain in how to approach the problem.
