Dear, Madam/Sir
My wife produces children but unfortunately they die after 3 hours and this has happened for three times.
When we approached doctors told us that she is small in lower abdomen where the child grows from and that there are no ways it can be worked upon.
As you are experts is there any thing I can do to see that my wife have produced a baby and lives on this earth? Or what could be causing the death of these babies?
Please I request you to help me.
I appreciate your response.
Thanks.

What country are you in?
I ask what country because with good medical facilities and doctors, babies have a much higher survival rate. It isn't clear from what you say what might have caused the death of the 3 babies. A small woman with a small pelvis can give birth to a large baby, and a woman with a large pelvis can have problems with a small baby. Does the place where she gave birth do C-sections at all? Do they have the women sit up while in labor, or lie flat?
To the OP, let me express my condolences to you and your wife. Losing a baby is hard, but I can't imagine losing 3.
Now, I have delivered babies to many women with "small lower abdomens" who thrive very well.
As it seems that all 3 babies lived approximately 3 hours after birth, I have to wonder if there is a genetic anomaly. By that, I mean something wrong with the heart, lungs, or other organs. Has an autopsy ever been done?
Does your wife get adequate prenatal care throughout her pregnancy? Does she take prenatal vitamins?
I would suggest, if it's available where you are, to get genetic counseling to see if there is something genetic between the two of you that is causing this to happen.
To Joy,
Do they have the women sit up while in labor, or lie flat?
What is the significance of this? Can you explain please?

I'm still waiting on you to expand on this Joy.

Sorry, my house sells on 10/25 and I am away from my computer more.
I have never delivered a baby. I read a midwife report about women with small birth canals lying flat posing problems with the tailbone making it more difficult. I merely asked, didn't expound. I too felt that something else was going on but thought that info about country, surgery, how birth was handled, might give some clues. I have seen magazine articles about the places women go that have the lowest infant survival and have high mother mortality too, and they are little more than warehouses filled with cots.

Thank you for explaining. The explanation is pretty spot on. ;)
