My girlfriend violated her probation and is looking at 24-72 months what are the chances her probation gets reinstated? She was on probation for a trespassing and robbery charge and she is now 2 months pregnant... I need some answers and advice

How did she violate probation? Few more details would help.

She isn't learning anything if she violated, so what is the point. You know, reez, it all depends on what the original charge was and the judge on the bench at the time.

She was originally charged wit trespassing and robbery but she didn't commit the crime...

In the eyes of the law, yes she did.

If she is on probation, she was convicted. If she was convicted, she (as far as the court is concerned) did it.

Right there she won't get the judge to cut her some slack as that is a major no no in the rules of probation. Seems that offering her probation again won't be on the upcoming agenda for her.

First does not matter if she says she did not do the crime, she has either plead guilty or was found guilty, so legally she did the crime.

What makes the difference now, is did she get charged with robbing someone else ? Or did she fail a drug test ? Did she miss a PO meeting ? Did she fail to pay fines and money owed ?

The why she is being revoked makes the difference
