Iam in Wy,and the owner of the apartments,never give recites,and the rent is very high,been giving money here and there.just told him we are moving.two months ago,I got a court paper saing we owe owner 5000 dallors.so I showed up for court,but the owner did not,so after being there for 15mins,we won that case,so we are moving,but got to wait for work check.and we need about 22eeks to move,what will happen,in those two weeks,can he lock the doors and shreiffs to??

I did,then singed in,can't find it,help

First, its not a good idea to piggyback your post on another thread. This can cause confusion. So I've moved your post to it's own thread.

No he cannot lock the doors, at least not without opening himself to a lawsuit. Since you won in court, he can't get a sheriff since he has no court order to support it.

I would suggest you move everything out in one shot. If you leave anything behind, he might try claiming abandonment.

And I don't understand the last sentence, makes no sense.
