Ihave been off loratab for two weeks,can I pass a urine test.

Lortab (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0000014/) is a fast acting pain medication. The longest it should remain detectable in urine is around the 4 day* mark even after long-term use.

At two weeks there should be no trace of the drug or metabolites.

*assumes good health and particularly normal liver function.
