A few days before my period I had some symptoms of a mild bladder infection so I took some anti-inflammatory pills. I started my period but the 2nd day I took another anti-inflammatory.. My period has suddenly stopped and it would be my 3rd day on, do the pills have anything to do with it?

What anti-inflammatory pills? Anti-inflammatories DON'T work when you are dealing with an infection.
No, they wouldn't affect your period.

I believe it's called nabumetone, if I'm just slightly bleeding not a full period as usual but have no pregnancy symptoms should I take a pregnancy test?

You took Relafen which is prescribed usually for rheumatoid arthritis. It has many serious side effects, including abnormal bleeding and stomach ulceration as well as liver damage.
If you think you are pregnant, yes, take a pregnancy test. My guess - and it's purely that - is that your period this month is lighter than usual and there is no connection. But - if you are concerned, yes, ask your Pharmacist to recommend a HPT.
I am more concerned that you took relafen so casually. It also works when taken for days, when it "builds up" in your body. Taking it casually does no good and has a potential to do a lot of harm.
Where did you get it?

It was in my medicine cabinet it said anti-inflammatory so I thought it was like an aspirin but I definitely won't be taking it again. Thank
You.

No problem - I think we've ALL done that. I just preach and preach because my late husband was a Doctor of Pharmacy and he used to preach to me. Now I pass it along.
How is your bladder infection? Those can get brutal very quickly.
