Please help me find the title of this movie and clear the fog from my mind.

Around the time that Ghostbusters was first released on VHS. I watched a movie that seemed to be heavily influenced by it. It had a black front cover with a green triangle with the two main actors presented on the front inside the triangle wearing suits. And it was a comedy horror with two black actors/comedians, one was short and one was tall. My memory is hazy so I'll do the best to remember the details.

Two black americans have some kind of ghost/supernatural detective agency. I remember them investigating a haunted house/castle occupied by two sexy white women who turn out to be living with a dracula type character. I think the women turned out to be ghosts and the curse was lifted at the end.
There is one scene where one of the women is playing a saxophone in revealing white underwear as one of the guys listens on the bed.
There is another scene where the two male leads are running through catacombs under the house (castle?) dodging zombies. One shouts out; "Look out! Zombie!" in an over the top comedy style.

It may have been released early 80s or late 70's.

I really don't remember much else about it other than one of the girls singing "My dear old swannee". Although that may be something I've picked up subconciously over the course of time.

Please help me solve this, and sorry if I've got any details wrong. It's been a long time.

You legend! That's the one!
I can't thank you enough.

Funnily enough, I was watching a re-run of the fresh prince of bel-air recently and Sherman Helmsley made a cameo. I thought I recognised him.

Thanks again.
